This is the Siberian Iris, designed by DoctorOctoroc. I bought the instructions on Rebrickable here. The ornate black pot had some fun techniques, but I also really enjoyed building lifelike flowers and leaves from pretty simple parts, mostly curved bricks and tiles.

Here it is with the Bumblebee Girl for scale. Gardeners will notice this is much smaller than an actual Siberian iris plant.
